The PhotoStation Manager Software comes in three Editions, including the Loader Edition, the Essentials Edition, and the Enhancer Edition. Together the three PhotoStation Manager software editions give you the flexibility to configure your photo image management in whichever way best fits your organization.

An Open Software Solution

The 4D PhotoStation Manager Software is based on open system standards. Our goal is to free you to use your photo-images in the way that fits best with your existing workflow. The 4D PhotoStation Manager captures images in standardized format JPEG images and stored in an easy to access file system. We never make any changes to the original JPEG source photo image files once they are stored in our system. All patient demographic, visit, and image annotation data saved in the industry standard XML document file format, separate from the JPEG source files. Our current and future support of healthcare standards such as HL7 means you can rest assured that your photo images will be accessible when and where you need them.

EMR Enabled Today

The PhotoStation Manager Software enables you to document information about a photo image and prepares the image and all annotations for transfer into EMR systems. Because we've taken a simple, open systems approach, you can start electronically organizing your photo images today and not worry about how you'll get your pictures into your EMR system in the future.
